I’ve been invited to host a travel photography specific blog at travelphoto.maccreate.com on the Mac Create Network, which I’ve accepted and have just started writing for. Obviously there’s a bit of overlap to what I write here, so there will be times when I cross-post between this blog and that one. But for the most part here on Confessions of a Travel Junkie, I talk more about what I’m doing, projects I’m working on, shoots I’m involved with, etc. The Travel Photo site is more about tips and tricks for shooting while traveling, a place to discuss ideas and ask for advice on equipment, and a place to share with fellow travelers the trials and tribulations of shooting while on holiday.
The entire Mac Create Network is free to visit, which includes dedicated sites on (in order of appearance…) Aperture, iPhoto, iMovie, iPhone, Final Cut, GarageBand, Keynote, iWeb, News, Numbers, Creative Suite, Digital Photo and Plug-ins (formerly AperturePluggedIn.com). However there is also premium content which requires a paid subscription. Some sites will have more premium content than others, but the entire site is free to browse. And beyond the premium content, members have access to some pretty impressive discounts from Mac Create’s partners, including Apple, Drobo, Nik Software, and more.
One more site to bookmark my friends :-) See you there, at travelphoto.maccreate.com!
